I can't make the event, what are my options?

Missing an event due to something outside of your control is disappointing so whatever the reason is for this, we will try our best to help you out.

In these cases, we have to mirror the Terms and Conditions of the organiser of the event you have booked. Some of these options may include the following:

  1. A transfer to another event put on by the same organiser as your original entry
  2. A transfer of your entry to another person
  3. A refund
