My event isn't on my account, how can I add it?

You can add your bookings to your account by downloading the app, 'Let’s Do This'.

If you haven’t yet signed up for a Let’s Do This account, please do so with the email address you’ve used when booking your event and any bookings you have will be added automatically!

If you have an account but the event is not showing, please log in and follow these instructions to add an event to your profile:

  • head to the ‘You’ section at the bottom of the screen
  • tap the calendar in the top right hand corner
  • select between ‘Upcoming’ or ‘Past’ event
  • if you selected ‘Upcoming Event’, hit either ‘Let’s Do This’ and enter your booking reference* or ‘Another Company’ and search for your event
  • if you selected ‘Past Event’, you can search for your event
  • the booking reference method only works if you booked your entry via Let’s Do This and your reference can be found on you confirmation email
