Can I run with headphones?

In the UK, If the event follows UK Athletics rules, headphones are not permitted at races due to safety reasons (with the exception of bone conducting headphones).

The rules around the use of headphones at race events varies from event to event so if you are in doubt then get in touch and we will be able to advise you.
