Why has my payment failed?

If you saw a 'Payment Failed' screen after purchasing your Let's Do This race entry it may be that the payment details were input incorrectly.

When a payment or transaction fails, the charge may still appear temporarily in your bank account, but should be removed shortly after. 

We recommend having another look to see if the charge is still there and if not - you’re all set to book into the event!

Just ensure that all of your information is correct before submitting your payment. 

If the charge is still there, please let us know so we can look into this further for you.
