If you have booked on Let’s Do This, and have created an account with the same email address, your bookings should automatically appear without needing to add them. If they aren’t appearing, or if the app is asking you to add a booking ID, we recommend the following:
- Log out of your account, and close your Let's Do This application
- Clear out your app data
- Reopen, login, and try again
- Delete and then re-download the app
If this doesn’t work for you, it may be that you have booked using a different email address and may need to add your booking manually. To do this please navigate to the “you” section and select “add an upcoming event” and follow the prompts. If you need help finding your booking ID, it is located in your original confirmation email.
If you have booked an event outside of Let’s Do This, you may still be able to add the event to your profile only if we partner with them. To do this, you’ll need to select the “another company” option when adding an upcoming booking and search for the event by name. If the event does not appear, I’m afraid we won’t be able to add it to your profile.
