My Strava activities aren't syncing to the app

There are a few reasons why your Strava activities might not be syncing to your Let’s Do This app. The following are the most common issues we see:

  • Our app only supports runs at the moment, so walks and other activities will not sync
  • Check that your Strava profile isn't set to 'Private’
  • Old activities will not load to the app, only activities since linking the app will sync
  • Activities only load and show in your app if you are part of a team and they will appear in the team chat
