Are my bookings and account still valid?

Yes! Nothing has changed to your accounts and bookings. You can access them via our website in the top navigation, or through your confirmation / transactional emails.

How do I access my account?

You can access your account via our website in the top navigation, or through your confirmation / transactional emails about your event booking.

Can I still search for events on Let’s Do This?

Yes, however you’ll need to access the event listings now through the ‘View events’ tab in the top nav, or in the footer, or via Google.

Will I still receive emails from Let’s Do This?

Yes. You will still receive all communications to do with your ticket purchase and any updates about your event, as normal. We will be ramping down our marketing comms however, such as recommendation emails etc.

What is happening to the Let’s Do This app?

The app will no longer be usable after the 12th November and won’t be available to download from the App Store or Google Play. You can still manage your bookings via the website as normal - even if you purchased your tickets through the app.

What will happen to my data?

We’ll keep your app-related data for a short time after the app is retired to support any essential account queries. After that point sensitive data related to the app will be permanently deleted and we’ll only preserve the data relevant to your bookings and LDT account.

Can I continue to use the app after the 12th November?

No, however all the information about your bookings will be available on your account accessed via our website.
