How do I use transfer credits?

If you have completed a race transfer via the self-serve transfer portal, you may have transfer credits applied to your account.

You should receive an email explaining how to use your credits to book into the new event. If you have not, then do not worry! Simply book onto the new event/distance agreed upon and, once you enter your email address, you’ll see the credits automatically apply in the checkout screen prior to inputting your payment information.

Please note you do not need to log in or create an account to use your credits as they are attached to your email address.

Transfer credits are only eligible to be used on an event put on by the same organiser as the event you transferred from, and cannot be used on all events on the Let’s Do This platform.
