How do I use a discount code?

If you have a discount code, please note that it may only be eligible for certain events and under certain conditions. To use your code you’ll need to either follow the link you were provided, OR copy and paste the code into the discount code box during checkout and click apply.

Tip: you will need to hit 'apply' for the discount code to be applied to your booking. Please ensure see the discounted amount in the summary boxy to the right of your screen before you get to the payment page.

If you click apply and the code isn’t eligible, you will see an error message appear under the discount code bar explaining why the code cannot be used.

Please note that if you forget to click apply, or attempt to use a code that is not eligible we cannot guarantee that a refund can be made. This will depend on the terms and conditions of the organiser for the event and on the details of the discount code.
