Not being able to make your event isn't fun. We've all missed events due to things outside our control.
Whatever the reason for this is, we will try our best to help you out!
In these cases, we have to mirror the Terms and Conditions of the organiser of the event you have booked. Some of these options may include the following:
- A transfer to another event put on by the same organiser as your original entry
- A transfer your entry to another person
- A refund
