How to access and manage your Team page

Once you've registered and created a team, you can easily access your team page using the following steps:

  1. Open your confirmation email and click on ‘Manage Booking’. You'll need your booking reference.
  2. Look for the section titled ‘View your team page’ at the bottom, and click on it.

I created a team, how do I invite my friends to join?

There are a few ways to have your friends join a team or group that you’ve created.

The first and easiest is to create a public team, and let your friends know the name so they can select it from the dropdown when they place their bookings.

If your team is set as a private, you’ll need to send your friends an invite link to get booked in with your team or share your code - both of these can be found on your confirmation email.

How to Invite Friends to Your Team

  • Access Team Settings - on your team page, find the button with three dots and click on it.
  • Select ‘Team Settings’ from the menu.

Find Your Invite Code

In the ‘Team Settings’ section, you’ll see an automatically generated invite code.

  • This is a private code that your friends can use to join your team.
  • Share this code directly with anyone you'd like to invite.

Send an Invite Link

  • Alternatively, you can click ‘Join Team’ to copy a special link.
  • Share this link with your friends so they can join your team directly.

How to Check Your Team Members

  • Once your friends have successfully registered and joined your team, they will appear on your team page.
  • Here, you can see a full list of your team members.
