How do I update my booking information?

On some occasions, organisers have enabled a feature that allows you to update your booking information such as email, emergency contact, or home address on your own.

Please note you may only be allowed to do this up until a certain point before your event.

If allowed, making changes on your Let's Do This bookings is straightforward and you can do so by following the following steps:

1. Head to the Let's Do This Edit bookings page
2. Enter your booking reference (this is found on your confirmation email)
3. Complete the verification steps
4. Select which participant you would like to edit by clicking the Manage button. 
5. Make your changes, scroll to the bottom of the page and then click the blue Continue button
6. Review any add-ons you have purchased (or may now be interested in!) and then click 'Confirm changes' to complete the process

Also, please be aware that that not all organisers will allow you to make edits to your booking information once you’ve already placed it. If you need to change the name on your booking or change the distance you’ve booked, these are generally considered race transfers and you’ll need to either contact us or your organiser directly to get this done.

Lastly, if the option is greyed out, this means that the organiser for your event does not allow you to edit this information on your own. We suggest getting in touch with us for further assistance here.
