How do I update my booking information?

Not all organisers will allow you to make edits to your booking information once you’ve already placed it. If you need to change the name on your booking or change the distance you’ve booked, these are generally considered race transfers and you’ll need to go through a formal process to request this.

On some occasions, organisers have enabled a feature that allows you to update your booking information such as email, emergency contact, or mailing address. Please note you may only be allowed to do this up until a certain point before your event. To update your booking information, click on the link in your confirmation email or:

  • Log in to your Let’s Do This Account
  • Navigate to your profile by hovering over the icon in the top right of your screen and clicking on “profile”
  • Click on the events you’d like to update, and select “manage”
  • You’ll see the option to “edit booking information” which will bring you through the booking form to change your details.

If the option is greyed out, it means that the organiser for your event does not allow you to edit this information on your own. We suggest getting in touch with us for further assistance here or by sending an email to
