My discount code didn't apply to my booking

Discount codes can only be used on certain events and under certain terms, so they may not work for a multitude of reasons including expiration dates, eligibility, and offer terms.


If you have followed all of the steps towards using your discount code or referral code and your code still hasn’t worked, it is likely that the code is ineligible for your booking and you’ll see an error message appear under the discount code bar explaining this in greater detail.


Proceeding to place a booking with an ineligible code will not result in the code being applied, and we are very limited in our options for providing refunds in these cases.
