An 'Affiliated entry' is for people who are members of UK Athletics and these tickets have a discounted price. 'Standard entry' is for those who are not members.
You can register to be an athlete with England Athletics if you’d like to take advantage of these discounts. Registration costs £16 per year and, once registered, you will receive a UK Athletics registration card in the post.
As an athlete registered with England Athletics you have access to a range of benefits and offers:
- Discounted race entry rates.
- E bulletins providing key information on the sport and opportunities available to athletes.
- Virgin Money London Marathon Places (allocated club places are dependent on the size of the club membership you are a member of).
- Partnership offers and discounts with some sports brands.
