Can I run with headphones?

This will depend on the policies held by the specific event and organiser you’re participating with. You can usually find these policies on the Let’s Do This event page OR by doing a quick Google search for the name and date of your event and navigating through the organiser’s website.

As a general rule in the UK, if the event follows UK Athletics rules, headphones are not permitted at races due to safety reasons (with the exception of bone conducting headphones).
