Managing auto-renewal of your membership

Cancel Auto-Renew

To cancel auto-renew, login to your Let's Do This account.

1. Click Membership Details on the navigation. 

2. Click the ‘Update Auto-renew’ button.
   

3. Select ‘Cancel auto-renew’. Confirm your cancellation by clicking ‘Yes, cancel auto-renew’. 
   

4. Your membership status should now be to set to "Expiring"

Enable Auto-Renew

To enable auto-renew, log in to your member account 

• Click Membership Details on the navigation. 

• Click the ‘Update Auto-renew’ button.
  

• Select ‘Enable auto-renew’. To enable, select ‘Yes, turn on auto-renew’.

            4. On the Member details page, the Membership status will update to ‘Active’.
