When Will I Receive My Race Pack?

The timing and delivery method of your race pack depend on the event organizer. Typically, race packs are either:

  1. Posted to You Before the Event – If the organizer sends race packs in advance, they usually arrive 1–2 weeks before race day but could arrive anytime until the day before the event.

  2. Collected on the Day of the Event – Some events require participants to pick up their race packs at the event site before the race starts.

Check your event details page or your event organizer's website to find out how your race pack will be delivered. You can find links to these on your confirmation email.

If you believe you should have received your race pack and it has not arrived then please do not worry! You will always be able to take part in the event and a replacement pack will be available for you to collect.

What If I Haven’t Received My Race Pack?

If you were expecting your race pack by mail and it hasn’t arrived:

  1. Check Your Event Page – Confirm whether race packs are being posted or collected on the day.

  2. Contact the Event Organizer – If the event is sending race packs by post, reach out to the organizer using their contact details in your confirmation email.

  3. Arrive Early on Race Day – If your race pack hasn't arrived, go to the event registration desk on the day to request a replacement. You will always be able to collect a replacement pack to take part in the event.

What’s Included in My Race Pack?

The contents of a race pack vary but typically include:

  • Your Race Number/Bib

  • Timing Chip (if applicable)

  • Event Information & Instructions

  • Merchandise (if provided by the organizer)

FAQs

  • How do I know if my race pack is being posted or collected?

Check your event page or your event organizer's website for details on race pack delivery. Some events also send updates via email as race day approaches.

  • What should I do if I lose my race pack?

If you lose your race pack, contact the event organizer as soon as possible. Most events allow you to collect a replacement on race day at the registration desk. Sometimes they will require you to bring some sort of proof of ID of the person you are picking up though, so always check with your organizer ahead of time.

  • Can someone else collect my race pack for me?

Many events allow someone else to collect your race pack, but they may need to show proof of your booking. Check the event details to confirm the policy.

  • Will my race pack include a timing chip?

Not all races use timing chips. If your event includes one, it will either be included in your race pack, attached to the back of your race number or provided at the event.
