Rep your team on your results
Some events logistically require teams to run the event, such as relay races. In these cases creating or joining a team will be required as part of your booking.
Step-by-Step: How to Create or Join a Team
Step 1: Begin Your Booking
Start by selecting your event on Let’s Do This and proceeding to the registration page.
Teams can only be created and joined as part of a registration.
Step 2: Look for the Team Section
During the registration process, you’ll see an option to either create a new Team or join an existing one.
Step 3: Choose an Option
Create a New Team:
Enter a name for your Team.
Decide if your Team will be:
Public: Open for anyone signing up for the event to join.
Private: Requires an invite link or code to join.
Finish by confirming your Team creation.
Join an Existing Team:
Use the search bar to find a public Team, or enter an invite link or code for private Teams.
Click “Join” to be added to the Team.
Step 4: Add Group Members (if applicable)
If you’re booking for a group, all entries will automatically be added to your new or joined Team.
If you’ve chosen to add details later, these entries will appear as unclaimed spots on the Team Page. Individuals can claim their spots later.
Step 5: Complete Your Booking
Once you’ve finalized your Team details, continue with the registration process and confirm your booking.
Public vs. Private Teams: What’s the Difference?
Public Teams:
Anyone signing up for the event can find and join.
Great for larger groups or corporate teams.
Private Teams:
Require an invite link or code to join.
Ideal for smaller or more exclusive groups.

1. Can I create a Team after booking?
Yes, you can create a Team after booking by going to your Manage Booking page and selecting the option to create a new Team from there. You can also join an existing Team after booking by visiting the Team Page.
2. Can I switch Teams after booking?
Yes, you can switch Teams via the Manage Booking page.
3. What happens if I’m part of a group booking?
Everyone in the group will automatically be added to the Team during booking. If details were added later, unclaimed entries will appear on the Team Page.
4. Can I join multiple Teams?
No, each participant can only be part of one Team per event.
