If you cannot make the an event, then there may be options for you in terms of refunds/transfers/deferrals. However, these options are dependent on the event organiser's terms and conditions. As Let’s Do This are just a booking partner, we don't host or organise the events on our site, so we have to stick to their T&CS.
You can typically find these terms on the organiser’s website. Just do a quick web search with the name and date of your event. If you're not clear about any of the conditions mentioned, we'd suggest reaching out to the organiser of your event directly. You'll usually find their contact info on their website or in your confirmation email.
