I’ve paid for a Refundable Registration. How do I claim a refund?

You can claim your refund in the Refund Protection section at the bottom of your event confirmation email. Click the link in the blue Refund Protection box to begin the process.



This will take you to the Manage your booking page. You will then see the blue Refund Protection box if your registration is covered. Click the link in that box to get started.



Follow the on screen instructions and submit your request. Please note that you’ll need to confirm the name of the event, it’s location, number of individual registrations purchased, as well as your own details - make sure you have your confirmation email to hand as all of this information will be on there.


If you’re having issues finding your confirmation email, please get in touch with our Customer Support team here, so they can send you a new one.


Once you’ve submitted your request, the team at Protect Group will handle everything on your behalf and contact you directly.
