How do I reset my password?

If you have signed up for a Let’s Do This account with your email, you'll see the option to click ‘Forgot Password’ when logging in which will send a link to the email you signed up with. Once this has arrived with you, please follow the steps to reset your password.

If you do not receive a link and you have checked your spam folders, this means you have not created an account with us yet. Booking an event with Let’s Do This does NOT automatically create an account for you, so you'll need to go through the signup process here.

If you signed up with Facebook, Google, or Apple - then you need to reset those specific passwords to reset it on the app.
