Why has my payment failed?

If you see a 'Payment Failed' screen after purchasing your Let's Do This race entry it means that the payment details were either input incorrectly or your information does not match what your bank has on file.


Please note that this is an automated verification system, and we do not have control over failed payments. In order to sort this out you will need to contact your bank to inquire why the transaction failed.


When a payment or transaction fails, the charge may still appear temporarily in your bank account as a pending transaction but should disappear within 24-48 hours.


We recommend having another look to see if the charge is still there and if not - you’re all set to book into the event!

If the charge remains, please get in touch with us here sharing the last 4 digits of your card, transaction date and transaction amount so we can check for you.
