How to Claim Access to Your Partner Dashboard
If you're a charity partner for an event, this guide will help you claim access to your Partner Dashboard and manage your allocated entries.
Claiming Your Partner Dashboard Access
Check Your Email for the Claim Link
Create an Account or Log In
Manage Your Entries
Receive Partner Permissions
Once logged in, click the button to receive permissions for your Partner Dashboard. This will link partner permissions to the account you've just created or logged into.
After claiming permissions, the next time you log in, you will have direct access to your Partner Dashboard.
Access Your Partner Dashboard
After claiming permissions, you will be directed to your Partner Dashboard. Here, you can:
View a list of events you've been granted entries for.
See participant entries you've filled.
Access marketing opt-ins if you're collecting those.

Troubleshooting
Please ensure you use the exact email address that the claim email was sent to. Using a different email address will prevent you from claiming access.
The link in the claim email is a one-time use link. You can only claim access once, and the link will no longer work afterward.
If you're working with multiple organizers on Let's Do This, all of your entries for all events will be accessible in one place for your convenience.
