If you have missed a payment on your payment plan, don’t panic. Let's Do This will automatically retry the payment, and you may have time to resolve the issue. This guide explains the retry process, cancellation policy, and what you need to do if your payment fails.
How Payment Retries Work
Let's Do This will automatically retry your payment up to three times over a 7-day period.
The system uses machine learning to determine the best time to retry the payment.
You will receive an email notification after each failed attempt.
When Is My Booking Canceled?
If all retry attempts fail, your event booking will be automatically canceled.
You will receive an email confirming the cancellation.
Your booking cannot be reinstated through the system—you must contact the event organizer to discuss options.
What Happens to the Payments I Already Made?
Payments are generally non-refundable, but it depends on the event organizer’s policy.
Check the event’s terms and conditions for specific refund policies.
Some organizers may offer a discounted entry toward a future event.
What Should I Do If My Plan Is Canceled?
Check Your Email – Look for a cancellation confirmation and payment failure notices.
Contact the Event Organizer – Ask if they can reinstate your booking or offer alternative options.
Review Your Payment Method – If needed, update your card details via Manage Booking to prevent future issues.
Preventing Future Payment Issues
Make sure your payment method is up to date via the Manage Booking page.
Ensure you have sufficient funds in your account on scheduled payment dates.
If your card is expiring soon, update your details ahead of time.
