If your payment has failed when trying to book an event, there are a few possible reasons. This guide will help you understand common payment failure causes and how to resolve them.

Common Reasons for Payment Failure

1. Insufficient Funds

Your card or payment method may not have enough funds to complete the transaction.

  • Solution: Check your account balance and try again or use a different payment method.

2. Incorrect Payment Details

Entering incorrect card details, such as the card number, expiration date, or CVV, can cause a transaction to fail.

  • Solution: Double-check your payment details and re-enter them carefully.

3. Bank or Card Provider Blocking the Transaction

Sometimes, banks or card providers block transactions for security reasons, especially if the payment is unusual or international.

  • Solution: Contact your bank or card provider to authorize the transaction and try again.

4. Expired or Canceled Card

If your card has expired or been canceled, the payment cannot be processed.

    If you see a pending charge but did not receive a confirmation email, your payment attempt may not have been successful. The charge should be automatically reversed. If you don’t receive a refund within a few days, contact your bank or reach out to us.

  • Can I use PayPal or another payment method?
    Yes, we accept various payment methods, including major credit/debit cards and PayPal. If one method isn’t working, try another.

  • How long does it take for a failed payment to be refunded?
    If the payment attempt resulted in a pending charge, it should be automatically refunded within a few business days. If the charge remains, please contact your bank.
