Common Problems and Solutions
1. I can't log in to my account
Solution:
Double-check that you're using the correct email address and password.
If you signed up using Google, Apple or Facebook, ensure you are using the corresponding sign-in option.
Try resetting your password if you forgot it.
2. I didn’t receive the password reset email
Solution:
Check your spam/junk folder.
If you haven’t created an account but have made a purchase, you won’t have a password to reset. Instead, refer to your confirmation email to manage your booking.
If you're sure you have an account but still aren’t receiving the email, try signing in with Google, Apple or Facebook (if you previously used them to sign up).
3. I accidentally created multiple accounts
Solution:
This can happen if you sign up with an email/password and later sign in using Google, Apple or Facebook with the same email. Unfortunately, these accounts are separate and cannot be merged.
To access your bookings, sign in with the method you originally used.
4. I want to change my email address
Solution:
Unfortunately, you cannot change the email address on a Let's Do This account
If you need to use a new email, you will have to create a new account and rebook events under that email.
