Common Problems and Solutions

1. I can't log in to my account

Solution:

  • Double-check that you're using the correct email address and password.

  • If you signed up using Google, Apple or Facebook, ensure you are using the corresponding sign-in option.

  • Try resetting your password if you forgot it.

2. I didn’t receive the password reset email

Solution:

  • Check your spam/junk folder.

  • If you haven’t created an account but have made a purchase, you won’t have a password to reset. Instead, refer to your confirmation email to manage your booking.

  • If you're sure you have an account but still aren’t receiving the email, try signing in with Google, Apple or Facebook (if you previously used them to sign up).


3. I accidentally created multiple accounts

Solution:

  • This can happen if you sign up with an email/password and later sign in using Google, Apple or Facebook with the same email. Unfortunately, these accounts are separate and cannot be merged.

  • To access your bookings, sign in with the method you originally used.

4. I want to change my email address

Solution:

  • Unfortunately, you cannot change the email address on a Let's Do This account

  • If you need to use a new email, you will have to create a new account and rebook events under that email.
