How do I edit/add participants’ booking information to a group booking?

  • First, click on your profile photo in the top right-hand corner of the website.
  • Next click 'Bookings'
  • Then click on the event that you want to edit or add details to
  • Finally, scroll down to and click on 'edit booking information' or claim booking'
  • Once you've updated/edited or 'claimed the booking' the booking, remember to click 'Update'

Please note that not all bookings can be edited so please reach out if you’re unsure or have any questions.
