I seem to have 0 available places on my Partner Dashboard after claiming access. Why?

Due to a system error, some Community entries were sent an email to claim access to your entries before payment had been taken for their places.


In order to gain access to your entries, you should have received an email from us at Let's Do This asking you to complete payment. Once payment is completed, you will then receive a separate email with a link to re-gain access to your entries for the Big Half.


If you need further information or if this doesn't match the error your experiencing, please get in touch and our team will help you out.
