I'm having trouble placing a booking

Booking issues can happen for a number of reasons, and we understand it can be frustrating! If you haven't already we recommend trying the following:

  • Clear out your browser cache/cookies
  • Fully close your browser, then reopen and try again
  • If you're having trouble try using a different browser (safari vs. chrome)
  • Try logging in on mobile or, vice versa, on desktop depending on where you're seeing issues
