Can I Transfer My Ticket?
Yes. Diplo’s Run Club allows you to transfer your entry, subject to the transfer deadline.
You can transfer:
To a friend — $15 transfer fee
To another race within Diplo’s Run Club — $10 transfer fee
To another Diplo’s Run Club event — $10 transfer fee
The applicable transfer fee plus any difference in ticket price will need to be paid when completing the transfer.
To transfer your entry, access your booking via this link - you will need your booking reference which can be found in your confirmation email.
When is the transfer deadline?
Transfers are normally available until 2 weeks before the event.
Once the transfer deadline has passed, transfers are no longer possible.
We recommend completing your transfer as early as possible to avoid missing the deadline.
Can I Get a Refund?
Refunds are only available if you purchased Refundable Registration when you booked your ticket. To check whether you purchased Refundable Registration and submit your request:
Find your registration using the link in your confirmation email.
Open your booking details.
Check whether Refundable Registration was included with your booking.
If Refundable Registration was included, click the link on your registration to submit your claim.
If you did not purchase Refundable Registration, your entry is not eligible for a refund under this policy.
How Do I Get My Race Pack?
If you want your race pack posted to you, you need to purchase race pack postage against your booking.
Race pack postage
Postage must be purchased per person, not per booking. For example, if there are three people on one booking and you want all three race packs posted, you will need to purchase postage for each person.
Race packs can arrive at any time up until the day before the event, so please allow plenty of time for delivery.
What If My Race Pack Doesn't Arrive?
If you have purchased race pack postage and your race pack hasn't arrived by the event, don't worry as you will be able to collect a replacement race pack at the event.
You can also arrange for a friend to collect your race pack on your behalf, they will just need a picture of your photo ID and a screenshot of your registration confirmation email.

Race pack collection information, including collection times and locations, can be found on the Diplo’s Run Club website. You can also visit the Diplo’s Run Club website directly and select your event's location from the event's drop down menu.
