How to edit your booking, registration, or entry - including changing your email address & purchasing additional add-ons or extras

How to Edit Your Registration, Booking, or Entry

If you need to make changes to your event registration, booking, or entry, such as updating your email address or purchasing add-ons, here’s how you can do it:

1) Go to your "Manage Booking" page

If you are logged in, you can find your booking by visiting your profile. If you are not logged, you can find your registration using your Booking Reference. You can find your booking reference in your confirmation email.

2) Make Changes to Your Entry

If your organizer has allowed participants to edit their event information, you'll see buttons to:

  • Edit your booking information: here you'll be able to change your participate details, including things like your email address

  • Purchase or view add-ons: here you'll be able to make additional purchases or add extras onto your booking. These will be dependent on each event, but often include things like mailing your bib, merchandise, camping options, and more.

Sections not available?

If either of those sections are greyed out, it means your organizer has not allowed participants to make these changes on Let's Do This.

In this case, you'll need to reach out to your organizer directly. We won't be able to make these changes for you through our team.
